Preserving Ecological Land through Conservation Restrictions and Regular Monitoring
Our organisation is fully committed to preserving the natural environment by adhering strictly to the conservation restrictions in place. This includes ensuring that the land is not disposed of, leased, or let to anyone other than another Educational Trust, and only with prior written approval from the Council. This ensures that the land is dedicated solely to ecological conservation and education, and that any use of the land is consistent with our organisation’s mission and values.
We place great emphasis on covenant enforcement and binding perpetuity on the Ecological Land. In addition, we conduct regular checks and monitoring to ensure that the land is not being used in any way that is inconsistent with the conservation restrictions. By upholding these restrictions and closely monitoring land use, we are able to ensure that the Ecological Land remains a valuable resource for ecological conservation and education for generations to come.
